Lawn Mowing FAQ.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
Most Newport News lawns do best on a weekly cut during peak growing season (spring through early fall) and biweekly the rest of the year. We'll recommend a schedule based on your grass type and how fast it's growing.
Do you bag the clippings or mulch them?
We mulch clippings back into the lawn by default, which returns nutrients to the soil. If you'd rather have clippings bagged and removed, just let us know.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We'll reschedule to the next dry day, usually within 24–48 hours, and text you the updated time.
Do I need to be home for mowing day?
No. Most of our regular customers aren't home. We send a photo update after the visit so you can see the finished work.
